This website is operated by Miami PreConstruction Advisors ("we," "us," "our"), an independent real-estate advisory presenting ELLE Residences Miami. We are not the developer of ELLE Residences Miami. Questions about this policy can be sent to us using the contact details at the end of this page.
Information you give us
When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you enter:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The residence type you are interested in (for example one bedroom, two bedroom, or penthouse)
- Your preferred language
- Any optional message you choose to write
- Your consent selection, and the fact that you gave it
If you contact us by email instead of the form, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that message.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, the following technical context is captured and sent with your inquiry so we understand how you found us and can respond appropriately:
- Marketing campaign parameters present in the web address you arrived with (commonly called UTM parameters: source, medium, campaign, term, and content)
- The address of the page you submitted from
- The referring website, if your browser provides one
- The date and time of your submission
This site uses a hidden anti-spam field that automated bots tend to fill in. If it is filled, the submission is discarded. The contents of that field are never transmitted or stored.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This site uses the following measurement and advertising technologies, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share limited information with the providers named below:
- Google Analytics — measures how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and whether an inquiry was submitted), so we can improve it.

- The developer, sales and marketing teams, or affiliated brokerages for ELLE Residences Miami, where sharing your inquiry is necessary to answer it or to register you as an interested party.
- Professional advisors and authorities, where required by law, regulation, or legal process.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the relationship and of your consent, and thereafter as required by applicable real-estate, tax, and communications recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or render it non-identifying.

Security
Inquiries submitted through this site are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our CRM. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial information — such as bank account, payment card, or government identification numbers — through the inquiry form.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services, including our form provider. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
